4. Use a paint brush/chip brush to apply on clean, dry wood surface.

5. Do not pour excess product back into container.

6. Wipe brush thoroughly after use with rubbing alcohol and paper towel to prevent the finish from hardening on the brush.

HOW TO USE (Longer version)

1. Dry the wood thoroughly before applying finish. (If moisture remains on the surface, it can absorb unevenly).

2. Remove any dust on the surface of the wood.

3. Pour small amount of product into disposable container.

4. Apply evenly with a clean brush like a chip brush.

5. Wipe with a cloth, if needed, to even out excess finish.

6. Apply a second layer after 5-30 minutes in the same way as the first layer and wipe it thoroughly.

7. You may use sand paper between the layers.

8. Add further layers if you want more gloss.

9. For each additional layer, curing time increases—up to a day or more between coats.

10. To discard leftover product, pour it onto newspaper and dry it out before disposing. Do not pour back into main container.

Testimonials

My first batch of shot glasses has finished curing and, as promised, water beads up and runs right off of them. So do tequila and whiskey. After sipping a shot, there was only a drop or two of liquor left in the glass, unlike glass glasses where there's always a substantial film of liquid left inside. The Hassui was very easy to work with, dried cleanly and quickly, and I will certainly want to buy more once my little can runs out. Thank you for introducing me to this fantastic finish!
